SEC filings and financial statements, standardized.
Sitch indexes SEC EDGAR filings, from 8-K current reports to 10-K and 10-Q periodic reports, and links each one to the company and the news around it.
We also build standardized financial statements from the filings: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and ratios, quarterly, annual and trailing twelve months. Every value keeps the XBRL tag and filing it came from, with flags for restatements and data quality.
