FAQ

13F institutional ownership, answered.

How often is 13F data updated?

13F reports are filed quarterly. New filings are picked up as they're published, and position changes are calculated against the previous quarter.

Can I follow specific fund managers?

Yes. Holdings and changes are available by manager, and alerts can fire when a manager you follow files.

Do you include amended filings?

Amendments are recorded and flagged, so you can tell original reports from restated ones.
